NewThe Composer Score: find where your business still runs through you, in about ten minutes
Eric Sablan, co-founder of Innersha Advisors

Fix the work first. Then add the tools.

Most companies buy software before they fix how the work gets done. The Composer Method starts with your outcome, maps who owns what, and then picks the people, AI, and automation to run it.

Results in numbers

Five stages before any tool.

The Composer Method starts with the outcome and ends with Evolve. Five stages of thinking come first. Tools are chosen sixth, never first.

  1. Outcome
    Define the result first
  2. Catalog
List every function the outcome needs
  3. Orchestrate
Person, AI, automation or a mix
  4. Map
    Handoffs, waits and exceptions
  5. Prioritize
Rank by value, effort and risk
  6. Optimize
    Remove steps before you automate
  7. Select
    Only now, choose the tools
  8. Evolve
Measure and revise on a schedule

Most firms start with the software. We start with the work.

Five Funnels. One customer journey.

Point at the stage that is broken in your business. That is where we start.

Every lead gets a fast answer.

One product order form generated $333K in 12 months at a wholesale distributor.

  • Replies in minutes, day or night
  • Every lead lands in one pipeline
  • The same qualifying questions, every time

Conversion and Sales

Qualified calls, not chasing.

$93K in a single day from one virtual event, on an event system with a 30-day runway.

  • Booking without back-and-forth
  • Reminders that cut no-shows
  • Follow-up that does not rely on memory

Every client gets the same good start.

“What you ended up doing today was freaking so beautiful.” Dr. Darren R. Weissman, founder of LifeLine, after a delivery day.

  • Onboarding that runs the same way
  • Clean handoff from sales to delivery
  • Updates clients do not have to ask for

Retention and Upsell

Clients come back and send friends.

A dormant list of 8,000 produced $106K in 60 days, reactivated from zero.

  • Review requests at the right moment
  • Reactivation for quiet past clients
  • Renewal and next-offer reminders

How delivery works.

FLOSS: First Launch, Optimize, Systemize, Scale. Timing is set in your written scope, not on a website.

First Launch

The outcome is agreed, an owner is named, access is in place and the first working capability is live.

Running: the first workflow

Optimize

Your team uses it every day. We refine, train and test it with them.

Running: a tested system your team uses

Systemize

SOPs, troubleshooting and routine maintenance move into your team's hands.

Running: documented, owned by your people

Scale

Your team runs, maintains and expands it. No rescue calls.

Straight answers.

How does an engagement start?

Take the free Composer Score, then book a Diagnostic Call. On the call we look at your score and your weakest funnel stage, and tell you which offer fits. If none do, we will say so.

What does it cost?

Composer Sprint is $2,500. Innersha Intensive is $10,000 for two days. Strategic Advisory is $25,000 per year. Executive Advisory is private, and we quote it after a conversation.

Innersha Systems is $197, $297 or $397 per month, depending on tier.

What do you need from us?

Access to the systems and accounts involved, the data the work depends on, timely decisions, and one person on your side who owns the result.

What is included in a Composer Sprint?

One workflow, designed, built, tested and documented, with a support handoff. Scope, timing and support terms are written down and agreed before work starts.

How long does a Sprint take?

We confirm the delivery window in your written scope, after we see the work. We do not quote one on the website.

What happens at handoff?

Your team gets the working system, the documentation and the training to run it. The goal is that they run, maintain and improve it without calling us to rescue it.

Do we have to switch software?

We build on Innersha Systems. Tools are chosen sixth in the Composer Method, after the work is designed, so we only use what the work needs.

Will AI run my business?

No. AI drafts, sorts and answers. A named person on your team owns every critical outcome.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We commit to scope, quality and handoff. Anyone promising guaranteed revenue is selling something else.

It runs through you.It doesn't have to.
