Eric Sablan, Phil Brown and Fabian Brown standing on the shore of Turnagain Arm, Alaska

Three operators.
One standard.

Three operators who fixed these problems in our own businesses first. We work on site or remotely, and we hand over systems your team can run.

Operators, not theorists.

Eric Sablan

Eric Sablan

Co-Founder, advisory and delivery

Eric is an operator first. As Senior Sales Manager at Pacific Alaska Wholesale, he built and launched the catalog websites that processed over $3,000,000 in orders in 18 months, documented in a published SpreadSimple case study. At Innersha he leads client advisory and delivery, turning strategy into working systems. He still runs the wholesale operation he advises from.

SpreadSimple case study

Operator track record, before Innersha. Catalog websites he built and launched at Pacific Alaska Wholesale processed over $3,000,000 in orders in 18 months. A single product order form he built at a wholesale distributor generated $333K in 12 months. These are his results as an operator, not Innersha client engagements.

Phil Brown

Phil Brown

Co-Founder, creator of The Composer Method

Phil created The Composer Method, the discipline behind everything Innersha installs. He is the founder of Blu Pitt Inc., where he has run project and program rescue work for enterprise clients, and the author of the COMPOSE framework used across Innersha engagements. His role at Innersha: the method, the diagnosis, and the standard every build is measured against.

Fabian Brown

Fabian Brown

Co-Founder, operations

Fabian runs operations at Innersha, and he has run a real business for a long time. He is President of Ropeadope Records, the Philadelphia independent label now past 25 years and 600-plus releases, featured in DownBeat and UK Jazz News. He co-founded Third Way Cultural Alliance and the nonprofit Heights in Progress. Systems, people, and follow-through are his side of the triangle.

Who we work with.

Established founder-led companies with a real operating problem and an owner ready to fix it.

Good fit

  • A real operating problem you can name
  • An owner who is accountable for the result
  • Access to the work and the data
  • Capacity to implement what we build

Not a fit

  • Vague AI help with no outcome
  • Tool shopping with no business goal
  • Expecting guaranteed revenue
  • Cheap technical labor called a partnership

It runs through you.It doesn't have to.
